L1 steuert Decken- und Wandlicht und verbindet damit das Beste aus zwei Welten: Das Licht lässt sich wie gewohnt mit einem Handgriff bedienen, kann aber auch per Smartphone und Sprache gesteuert werden. So lässt sich zum Beispiel die Anwesenheit der Bewohner simulieren. Zusätzlich besitzt L1 in jeder Ecke einen Hotspot, mit denen jeder Benutzer seine individuellen Szenen auslösen kann. Der aktuelle Energieverbrauch eines Parce L1 wird in Echtzeit in der App angezeigt. Gleichzeitig wird der Verbrauch auch parallel gespeichert und kann nach Tag, Woche, Monat, Jahr angezeigt werden (Für die Speicherung der Verbrauchshistorie ist ein Login in der Parce-Cloud erforderlich).
